CueCaster ("the app") is developed by Mark Wong ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is used.

What We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

All data created in CueCaster — including your scripts, recordings, and settings — is stored locally on your device and never sent to any server.

Permissions

The app requests the following permissions solely to provide its core functionality:

Camera

To display a live camera preview and record video while you read your script.

Microphone

To record audio alongside your video.

🗣️

Speech Recognition

To scroll your script in time with what you say when Voice Follow is on. Recognition runs on your device — your speech is never sent to us or to Apple.

Photos Library

To save finished recordings to your Photos library when you choose to export.

None of this data leaves your device.

In-App Purchases

CueCaster offers optional Pro subscriptions and a lifetime unlock via Apple's StoreKit. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information.

Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect data from children or any other users.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at the same URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
