Email whizbang.apps@gmail.com and we'll get back to you. Henka is made by one person, so a reply can take a few days. If something is going wrong, telling us your device, your iOS version, and the video's format and length saves a round trip.

Common questions

What's free, and what does Pro unlock?

Single-video conversion with full quality controls is free — no time limit and no watermark. Henka Pro adds one-tap platform presets and batch conversion of up to 10 videos, and removes ads. Pro is available weekly, monthly or yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase; the app shows the current price in your currency.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose Henka, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period; you keep Pro until the current period ends.

How do I get Pro back after reinstalling or on a new iPhone?

Tap Restore Purchases in Henka's Settings, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.

Which formats does Henka support?

Output video can be H.264 or HEVC (H.265), in an MP4, MOV or M4V container, at the source resolution or scaled to 4K, 1080p, 720p or 480p. Henka imports the video formats iOS supports, including MOV, MP4 and M4V.

Why is my converted video larger than the original?

Converting to a higher quality setting or to H.264 from an HEVC original can increase file size. For the smallest files, choose HEVC and a lower quality or resolution.

Where do my converted videos go?

Tap Save to Photos to add them to your library, or Share to send them anywhere. Henka only has add-only access to Photos — it can't see or change the rest of your library.

How do I turn off personalised ads?

Choose "Ask App Not to Track" when iOS asks, or turn tracking off later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Upgrading to Pro removes ads entirely.
